Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

Own and prepare monthly and quarterly financials, including P&L reporting
Support and maintain accounting processes, controls, and documentation
Partner with Controller on financial analysis, budget process, and operational insights
Assist with contracts and related accounting oversight, as applicable
Help streamline, digitize, and improve accounting workflows and systems
Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
Bachelors degree in in Accounting, Finance, or similar required. MBA a plus but not required
4+ years’ general accounting experience
Experience working at a non profit a plus
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
Proficiency with Excel required
Supervisory experience a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, hybrid schedule in Columbia, MD Salary : $90,000-$105,000 depending on experience
