Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Solomon Page is partnering with our client, a leading e-commerce and consumer retail company, to hire a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 3-month contract based in Ocala, FL. This is a hybrid-onsite opportunity supporting a high-volume fulfillment environment. The recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring for entry-level talent, build candidate pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Location: Ocala, FL | Hybrid-Onsite

Duration: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $34.48/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Execute recruiting and pipeline strategies based on hiring needs and business priorities.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, identify talent, and meet hiring goals.

Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing.

Support candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain regular communication with new hires.

Track recruiting goals, metrics, and hiring cycle performance and communicate status and results.

Manage multiple competing priorities and continually reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting processes.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications:

Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Strong project management and agency management skills.

Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to take initiative and build productive working relationships.

Ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities and continually reprioritize.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Comfort with current technology and recruiting tools.
