Layoffs, week of Aug 4 to Aug 10, 2025

Employers filed 30 WARN layoff notices dated that week, naming 1,834 workers, across 12 states. The week before had 54, so notices were down 24.

Counted by the date on each filing; a state can publish a notice later, so a week’s count can grow.
