About the job
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.
SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.

- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling creator briefs.
- Review content and provide actionable feedback that maintains a high creative bar.
- Manage agency partners, holding them accountable for execution, quality, and results.
- Build and maintain a high volume of direct creator relationships.
- Track campaign performance and apply learnings to future partnerships.
- Support creator events and activations as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience executing scaled programs with a high volume of concurrent partnerships.
- At least two years managing external partners, either overseeing agencies in-house or managing multiple brand accounts at an agency.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence navigating creator and talent relationships.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- A high bar for creative taste and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Experience across multiple social platforms preferred, particularly Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
