As Advertising Sales Director , you serve as an influential leader who oversees the management of the local sales teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and sales plans that drive revenue generation. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH

Required Qualifications

Experience : Media sales management (5+ years), management/leadership experience (4+ years), experience working with major ad agencies

Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills : Communication, leadership, negotiation, strategy, collaboration

Abilities : Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new business opportunities, knowledge of sales reporting and systems

Travel Abilities : Travel/client trips may be required

Preferred Qualifications

Cable broadcast and television experience
