Working across hardware, firmware, software, systems engineering, product management, support, business development, sales, and go-to-market teams, you will translate customer and product objectives into executable plans. You will serve as a primary program point of contact internally and externally, ensuring milestones are achieved and technical issues are resolved.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management experience with practical knowledge of complex data center GPU, server, and software systems. They are highly organized, technically credible, and comfortable leading horizontally across globally distributed engineering, business, OEM/ODM partner, and enterprise customer teams.
The successful candidate can clarify and analyze technical requirements, build integrated program plans across hardware and software dependencies, drive accountability, anticipate execution risks, and communicate status, decisions, and mitigation plans clearly to technical and business leadership. Experience supporting OEM/ODM partners and enterprise or large-scale AI customers through platform development, validation, cluster deployment, optimization, and production ramp is highly valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end customer and product programs for data center GPU platforms, from requirements and technical feasibility through development, validation, deployment, and production ramp.
Translate customer requirements and senior technical guidance into clear program scope, schedules, milestones, KPIs, dependencies, deliverables, and ownership.
Coordinate hardware, firmware, driver, software stack, system validation, support, product, and customer teams to achieve program milestones and release objectives.

Communicate program status, decisions, issues, risks, and recommended mitigation plans to cross-functional teams, customers, partners, and leadership.
Drive timely resolution of technical and execution roadblocks through structured issue management, clear accountability, and appropriate escalation.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to capture customer requirements and provide actionable feedback on hardware, firmware, driver, and software priorities.
