Infrastructure Specialist 4

Who We Are *This posting is for Development internal employees* The Ohio Department of Development's Information Technology Division is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist 4 to lead the protection and advancement of critical technology systems through strategic cybersecurity leadership, innovation, and risk management. What You'll Do Administers information security policies, standards, procedures, and controls to protect agency systems, applications, networks, and data assets. Leads vulnerability management, incident response, security assessments, risk analyses, compliance reviews, and security testing activities to identify and mitigate threats, ensure compliance, and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of agency systems and data. Provides technical leadership and guidance to IT staff on secure solution design, identity and access management, and the effective use of enterprise security tools and services. Leads and participates in agency and enterprise technology initiatives, solution design efforts, and organizational change activities; collaborates with managers, vendors, and enterprise partners to develop, implement, and support secure and effective technology solutions. Mentors and develops technical staff through training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and project leadership; evaluates and recommends improvements to IT policies, procedures, and operational practices to enhance security, efficiency, and service delivery. Additional Information This position is required to work in the office Monday-Friday with flexibility in starting and ending times.
