The Program Specialist works to create, implement, and promote internal Franciscan Alliance programs, as well as community outreach programs. This position actively promotes all programs internally and externally, and works to increase membership and participation by media outlets.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Schedule consists of 24 hours a week
Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional weekend s
Assist Program Coordinator with all events, marketing, budgets, staffing needs, and specialty programs.
Work as Manager on Duty when assigned.
Work with Program Coordinator to create and implement annual calendar.
Conduct all training needed, creating an atmosphere of learning and cooperation.
Write or distribute club information, as necessary or as assigned.
Submit requisition for all advertising, printing materials, supplies, and equipment to Fitness Supervisor and/or Program Coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED- Required
Associate's Degree Marketing- Preferred
1 year Marketing Preferred
1 year Programming Preferred
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association
First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:
