About the job

Social Media Manager

You know how to turn a folder of photos, a brand guide, and a business goal into content people actually want to follow. You love the creative side of social media, but you’re just as interested in the strategy, planning, and results behind it.

Sound like you? Let’s talk.

Digital Blueprint Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead content planning, creation, and day-to-day management for our clients. We work with homebuilders, developers, and other businesses that help shape where people live. Our content needs to spark interest, build connections, and give people a reason to take the next step.

We’re a small, collaborative team that cares about the work and the people doing it. We value fresh ideas, honest conversations, follow-through, and teammates who jump in to help. You’ll have room to bring your creativity, take ownership, and help shape the work.

What You’ll Do

Build the strategy and monthly content calendars. Develop thoughtful plans that reflect each client’s brand, audience, business goals, and upcoming priorities.

Own the content creation. Write captions and create the bulk of the day-to-day social creative, including graphics, stories, carousels, and short-form videos. You’ll work hands-on in Canva, with graphic designers available to support templates, video designs, and more involved creative needs.

Make the most of available assets. Turn client photography, existing footage, stock imagery, and graphics into compelling content—even when there isn’t a steady stream of new material.

Keep everything moving. Manage calendars, approvals, scheduling, and publishing across multiple client accounts.

Grow the community. Build relevant followings, encourage meaningful engagement, and manage comments and messages according to client guidelines.

Use performance to improve the work. Track results, recognize what resonates, and bring recommendations to the team.

Your primary platforms will be Facebook and Instagram, with some TikTok and LinkedIn.

What You Bring

Experience managing social media for businesses or brands, either within an agency or on an in-house marketing team.

Strong Canva skills, with the ability to create polished, on-brand content and adapt templates across different clients.

Strong writing skills and the ability to move between brand voices without making every client sound the same.

A good eye for design, strong attention to detail, and respect for brand guidelines.

Hands-on experience with scheduling tools, platform analytics, and basic video editing.

The organization to manage multiple accounts, calendars, deadlines, and rounds of feedback.

Resourcefulness and initiative. You can take an idea from concept to finished content and bring solutions when assets are limited.

A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback. You can explain your thinking and build on someone else’s ideas.

HubSpot experience is a bonus, as is experience in homebuilding, development, or a related industry.

You Understand the Assignment

You live and breathe social media. You notice platform changes, understand how people use each channel, and know which trends make sense for a brand—and which to pass on.

Our clients need polished, approachable content that earns trust and connects with people making meaningful decisions about where they live. Creativity matters here, along with good judgment.

This is a hands-on strategy, content creation, and account management role. It does not center on attending events, filming on location, or appearing on camera.
