Future Buyer Administrative Assistants will collaborate with other admins, buyers and vendors to procure the desired product selection to meet the needs of Hobby Lobby’s customers. Responsibilities Place and process purchase orders Communicate with international and domestic vendors Communicate with other departments Track domestic and international shipments Review and proof product packaging Generate reports Provide scheduling assistance Process documentation Labeling and maintaining merchandise samples Vet incoming calls for buyers Execute other administrative duties
