This role combines design work with hands-on involvement in prototype builds, testing, and manufacturing support.

What You’ll Do

• Design custom equipment and develop 3D CAD models using Autodesk Inventor.

• Manage design projects from initial concept through development, testing, manufacturing, and installation.

• Create detailed engineering and fabrication drawings for in-house production and vendor-supplied parts.

• Apply engineering principles to develop safe, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions.

• Support prototype builds and testing, and inspect completed equipment for functionality, quality, and reliability.

• Collaborate with manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve design and production issues.

• Update existing drawings and technical documentation to reflect design changes.

• Communicate specifications and production information through the ERP/MRP system.

• Provide field support as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Familiarity with machining, fabrication practices, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.
