Procore Technologies is the leading technology partner for every stage of construction. We empower construction teams to drive efficiency and mitigate risk through actionable AI & data-driven insights. For over 20 years, we have been transforming the industry with purpose-built solutions for construction professionals and we’re looking for talented people to help us build together.

We are looking for a Recruiter, Sales (SDR) to drive the growth of our Go-To-Market engine across North America by hiring high-performing sales development talent. As the Recruiter, Sales (SDR) on our Revenue Recruitment team, you will work closely with Sales Development leadership, Sales Enablement, and Talent Acquisition partners to build consistent candidate pipelines and manage full-cycle hiring. Your strengths in high-volume pipeline management, proactive outbound sourcing, and consultative hiring-manager partnership will drive your success.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Sales Talent Acquisition and can be based remotely anywhere in the US, with access to optional hybrid workspaces for those near our Austin, Tampa, or Carpinteria offices.

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruitment for our North America (NAMER) Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization, managing candidate pipelines to achieve a pace of approximately 5–7 hires per month.

Screen and assess high-volume inbound applicant flows while proactively executing targeted outbound sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to engage qualified SDR talent.

Deliver an engaging, transparent, and equitable candidate experience for talent exploring early-career and experienced sales pathways at Procore.

Partner closely with SDR Managers and Sales Enablement teams to align on candidate profiles, calibrate interview bars, organize panel evaluations, and extend offers.

Support early-career talent attraction initiatives by implementing structured campus and early-career recruitment practices.

Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, pipeline status, and candidate records across Workday Recruiting, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace to identify funnel bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency.

What You Bring

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house environment.

Demonstrated success managing high-volume candidate pipelines, ideally supporting sales development, inside sales, customer-facing, or early-career roles.

Working knowledge of proactive sourcing methods and candidate engagement tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.

Experience utilizing modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Recruiting preferred) and Google Workspace.

Prior exposure to early-career or university recruitment programs is an advantage, though not required.

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to manage concurrent req slates while maintaining high candidate experience standards.

Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise hiring managers and guide candidates smoothly from initial screen through offer acceptance.

A proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous development in recruitment best practices.

Strong-fit Background Might Include

In-house Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter managing high-volume commercial or SDR requisitions.

Agency / Staffing Executive Search Consultant specializing in B2B SaaS sales or go-to-market placements.

University Relations / Campus Recruiter experienced in high-volume rotational or entry-level hiring programs.

Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) or Sales Team Lead transitioning into sales recruiting and talent acquisition.
