About the job
Location: Chicago, IL
Facility: Resurrection Village Life Center
Department: Long Term Care
Schedule: Days l Full-time
Directs daily facility operations within certification guidelines, ensuring adherence to organizational goals and full compliance with state and local regulations.
Drives financial performance by forecasting, budgeting, aligning monetary resources, and managing variances through strategic marketing and corrective action.
Tracks, maintains, and reports critical operational metrics and financial expenditures to executive leadership.
Proactively resolves conflicts and operational disruptions involving residents, staff, and overall facility functions.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Education
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
