About the job
Intercontinental Exchange is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. This is a seasoned creative who brings ideas to the table, solves design problems with a clear point of view, and delivers work that connects to the business and the brand.
The ideal candidate will focus on our brand-level work: flagship events, large branding initiatives, and the ongoing evolution of the ICE brand across its business segments. They will also contribute to the team’s project queue, and will help shape how big creative ideas scale into everyday design solutions.
This candidate can explain the thinking behind their work, keep projects moving with little direction, and show up with polished, considered concepts that support what the business is trying to achieve. We are looking for someone who stays current with design trends, brings fresh perspective to a well-established brand, and understands how to balance innovation with consistency.
ICE takes a digital-first approach to marketing, so we are looking for a designer who understands the strengths and limits of digital channels and can speak the language of UX/UI, motion, email, and CMS, while also bringing strong print and environmental experience. This role reports to the Senior Operational Designer.
We value curiosity, ownership, and collaboration. You will have support from a creative leadership team that provides strategy and direction, and the room to bring your own ideas to the work.
