Accounting Manager

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Accounting Manager:

• Oversee the month-end close process and GAAP-compliant financial reporting • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and key accounting activities • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports • Support external audits, tax requests, and compliance requirements • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff • Drive process improvement initiatives and NetSuite enhancements

Qualifications for the Corporate Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting • Experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation • CPA preferred • NetSuite experience strongly preferred
