The ideal eCommerce Paid Media Specialist will take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and TikTok Shop, leveraging data, strategy, and creativity to drive measurable results. What’s the job?

Own and optimize paid advertising and PPC campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and TikTok Shop

Develop and execute advertising strategies to increase product visibility, traffic, conversions, and sales

Manage campaign budgets, keyword targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend

Monitor key performance metrics, including ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance

Identify opportunities to reduce wasted advertising spend and increase marketplace profitability

Analyze campaign trends and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results

Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, and marketplace operations teams to align advertising with business goals

Prepare performance reports and present actionable recommendations to drive continued growth

What’s needed?

Hands-on experience independently managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns

Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising, Seller Central, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

Experience managing advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword optimization

Proven ability to analyze paid media performance and translate data into measurable improvements

Strong Excel skills and experience with marketplace advertising analytics and reporting tools

Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and balance performance with broader business objectives

Availability to work onsite in Gurnee every Monday

Familiarity with Walmart Connect, Target, and/or TikTok Shop advertising preferred

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
