About the job
ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen fast.
We are building a Finance organization where modern AI systems and automated FP&A infrastructure handle the routine, freeing our team to do what great finance partners actually do: help the business execute and see around corners.
As Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation reporting to the SVP of Finance, you’ll take on high-impact projects to move our FP&A team into the top 1% of the AI era (we are well on our way there already). Having spent the last year establishing the foundation, we now need to leverage it to automate tasks, streamline processes, and build agents, micro-apps, and custom solutions from the ground up. We will deploy AI to capture real business value.
This is a hands-on transformation role. You’ll partner with Finance and business leaders to overhaul how we plan, forecast, manage costs, and generate insights. Combining financial discipline with a builder’s mindset, you’ll assess current workflows, design modern solutions, and influence stakeholders across teams.
Over time, this role will provide the opportunity to broaden into Corporate Development work, including M&A, debt financing, and other strategic initiatives.
