Senior Application Analyst

Department/Specialty: IT Applications & Platforms - Clinical Tech

Schedule: M-F, 8-4:30p CST l Full-time | Rotating on call week

Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements to ensure clinical and business teams have dependable digital tools.

Resolve complex application issues with vendor partners and internal engineers to minimize workflow disruptions and maintain system stability.

Coordinate system implementations, upgrades and change controls using ServiceNow to keep critical healthcare technology secure and current.

Champion data integrity, security and privacy standards across all supported applications to safeguard sensitive patient and organizational information.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Required Credential(s): None Required.

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare information technology, business analysis, application support or systems analysis.

Proven track record managing change workflows, project tracking and daily collaboration through ServiceNow, Jira and Google Workspace.
