THE ROLE:
AMD is seeking a Global Technology Operations & Enablement Lead to build and strengthen the systems, processes, governance, and enablement that support our Executive Briefing Program (EBP). This role will connect intake and scheduling, content topics, discussion leaders, and regional execution to create a consistent, scalable, and measurable global operating model.
You will partner with Sales Operations, IT, content teams, and regional stakeholders to improve program infrastructure, establish global standards, and increase operational efficiency. Your work will strengthen visibility and accountability while enabling site and regional teams to focus on delivering world-class customer and executive experiences.

You communicate effectively across functions and regions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive adoption and continuous improvement with a focus on the user and customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Sales Operations, IT, platform owners, and regional stakeholders to improve integration and workflows between Salesforce intake and Nexus briefing management, supporting the end-to-end engagement lifecycle.

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline operations, improve user and customer experiences, and increase visibility into briefing impact.
Develop and maintain standardized global reporting on engagement pipeline, utilization, content demand, outcomes, and trends.

Experience with Salesforce, Nexus, or comparable CRM and briefing management platforms.
Experience defining workflows, business requirements, data standards, and governance across global teams.
Ability to partner with IT and platform owners on system integration, workflow improvements, and automation.
