About the job

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Plant Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and evaluate the performance of shipping, production workers, and quality personnel

Set goals, train, and perform continuous improvement activities

Promote Lean manufacturing, process control, Kaizen, value streams, safety, and budgeting

Recommend capital expenditures

Oversee hiring, training, and performance management

Manage and coordinate production, processing, and distribution

Manage production scheduling

Work with Purchasing department to ensure proper supply of materials

Experience Needed:

Prefer at least 10 years of production experience, with at least 5 years in a management role

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Problem solving abilities and the ability to coach a team
