As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase, you will be an integral part of an agile engineering team responsible for designing, building, and delivering secure, stable, scalable, and high-performing technology products. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across Java-based microservices and API platforms, influence architecture and engineering practices, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of modern cloud-native and AI-assisted development capabilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, AWS, containerized deployments, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and distributed systems. This role requires strong engineering judgment, ownership mindset, collaboration skills, and the ability to guide teams toward high-quality delivery while continuously improving resiliency, automation, and developer
