ADVANCE YOUR CAREER. ADVANCE THE WORLD.

At AMD, we believe technology has the power to solve the world’s most important challenges. From advancing healthcare and scientific discovery to powering AI and the technologies people rely on every day, innovation at AMD is shaping the future.

Whether you’re designing next-gen processors, enabling AI breakthroughs, or bringing leading edge products to market, every role at AMD contributes to something bigger — technology that moves the world forward. Join us and, together, we’ll advance your career.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Sr. Program Manager to support the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will execute strategic marketing initiatives from scoping through delivery, while serving as a connector for cross-functional partners. You will keep priorities, timelines, and outcomes aligned with broader marketing objectives. You will bring structure and discipline to a fast-moving environment and deliver with precision, accountability, and a high standard of quality for AMD's marketing leadership team.

THE PERSON:

You are a self-starter who takes ownership and drives work to completion. You are highly detail-oriented, thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and stay organized and solution-focused under pressure. You communicate clearly with senior leaders, build strong cross-functional relationships, and continuously look for ways to make processes simpler and more effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging a disciplined business review cadence to track progress against objectives, surface risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment

Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations, summaries, and communications for the Chief Marketing Officer, senior leadership, and the broader marketing organization

Coordinate leadership events and meetings, including internal and external engagements for the Chief Marketing Officer

Partner with Finance and HR to align marketing priorities, budgets, and governance

Identify risks and roadblocks early, escalate when needed, and drive issues to resolution

Continuously improve processes, templates, and tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to increase efficiency and accountability

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience in project or program management, ideally supporting marketing, executive office, chief of staff, or business operations functions

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent projects with exceptional attention to detail

Track record of working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating executive-level presentations and summaries

Experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Active use of AI project management collaboration tools to streamline workflow, efficiencies and improve productivity

Familiarity with marketing planning, budgeting, and governance processes

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
