Layoffs, week of Mar 30 to Apr 5, 2026

Employers filed 63 WARN layoff notices dated that week, naming 8,219 workers, across 22 states. The week before had 45, so notices were up 18.

Counted by the date on each filing; a state can publish a notice later, so a week’s count can grow.
