About CBTS

CBTS is a technology services company specializing in cloud, networking, and security, spanning managed and professional services. We offer a collaborative, growth-focused culture with strong professional development — combining the stability of an established enterprise with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Role

As Director of Sales, you'll define and execute CBTS's sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. You'll lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build scalable sales processes, and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Delivery, Finance, and Customer Success to hit our business goals.

This is a senior sales leadership role: we're looking for someone with 18-20 years of overall professional experience, including 15+ years in sales or sales leadership, who is ready to own a book of business and a team at the same time.

What You'll Do

• Drive revenue by defining strategy, expanding into new markets, and consistently hitting sales targets. • Understand customers' financial situations and articulate the ROI and key financial metrics that move a deal forward. • Build and strengthen key customer and partner relationships, and personally close complex, high-value deals. • Lead executive-level meetings and discussions, tying our value proposition directly to clients' key initiatives. • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and performance reporting to support scalable growth. • Align Sales with Marketing, Product, and Finance to execute effective go-to-market and revenue plans. • Develop a deep understanding of all CBTS lines of business to shape strategy and growth for the sales team. • Generate executive-level demand by connecting customer needs to CBTS solutions and establishing credibility early. • Build a high-performance culture — motivate, empower, and develop your team so everyone is aligned to our mission.

What You'll Bring

• Graduate or professional degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • 18-20 years of overall professional experience, including 15+ years of relevant sales/sales leadership experience. • Proven track record leading sales teams and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals. • Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce), deal strategy, negotiation, and executive-level communication.
