What stands out
- The lead is wide: Ramp (+208%) is well clear of Hex at #10 (+67%).
- Hex reaches #10 on a sample of 40 openings, a smaller market than most of the top ten, so its rank can move more from month to month.
- Cloudflare is the largest market in the top ten, with 462 openings behind its figure.
- Employers with fewer than 40 openings are not ranked, and small differences between neighbouring ranks are not meaningful.
Why this ranking matters
What it shows
An employer whose open roles are rising fast is adding to its team, not only replacing people. The change against its own starting point shows who is accelerating.
How to use it
Look at the employers near the top that fit your field. Growth is measured against the employer's own base, so a smaller employer can rank high, and a sharp rise can reflect one large project.

How this ranking works
An employer's score is the change in its open roles over the last 12 weeks as a share of the roles it had open 12 weeks ago, from our weekly company signals.
It measures growth against the employer's own starting point, not against its headcount, because we do not yet hold company size for most employers. An employer needs at least 40 open roles now and 20 twelve weeks ago to be ranked, so a very small team adding a few roles does not top the list. Company size is shown where we have it.
Employers are ranked on the open roles we verified on their own career sites in the last 14 days. The list shows what our crawler covers, which leans toward larger employers in technology, finance, defense and professional services, so it is not a count of every job in the market.
Sample bar: employers with fewer than 40 openings are not ranked.

Our job data covers professional roles on the career sites of employers we track, so figures describe that market, not every job. Spot an error? Tell us.
