About the job
We hire skilled trades and seasonal crews to corporate roles, and we need a high-volume recruiter who thrives on that pace and wants to own the work.
If you like building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, fixing problems before they stall a hire, and seeing the people you place show up and stay, this is the job.
Why Join Our Team: - $0 health deductible - Competitive pay with a stated range, plus the benefits package for full-time team members - A clear path to grow into senior recruiting and HR roles across our companies - The freedom to bring your ideas to life and improve how we recruit - A new, modern corporate office with a fitness center and walking track - Learning labs for ongoing development What you'll own
Full-cycle recruiting. You run each search from job description to offer, partnering with hiring managers and HR so every open role has a clear plan and a clear owner.
Sourcing and pipelines. You build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, diversity channels, and our Phenom CRM, so we are not starting from zero each time a role opens.
Assessment and advising. You run behavioral and performance-based interviews and give hiring managers clear, actionable recommendations on who to move forward.
Programs and projects. You support recruiting events, orientations, new-hire onboarding, and special programs, and you help us improve how we recruit.
What it takes to succeed here
Our recruiting team is small and the volume is high, so the people who do well here share four traits:
Resilient. Roles change, candidates drop out, and peak season stacks several searches at once. You stay steady and keep moving.
A problem solver. When a req stalls or a pipeline runs dry, you work out why and try a different approach instead of waiting for direction.
Proactive. You spot the stuck req, the missing candidate, or the process gap before a manager asks.
Self-motivated. You set your own plan for each search and drive it to the finish with minimal oversight.
